Train Runner Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Train Runner mobile application (the "App"), operated by Rubek Media ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Train Runner is a casual endless running game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded it. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
• Use cheats, automation, modified clients, or any other method to manipulate scores or gameplay;
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of it.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content — including the Train Runner name, logo, artwork, characters, design, and gameplay — are owned by Rubek Media and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.

4. Scores and Game Data

High scores, star totals, multipliers, and other game progress are stored for your convenience and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for anything. We may reset, modify, or discontinue game features, including scores, at any time without liability.

5. Play Safely

Train Runner is a game played on a screen. Always stay aware of your surroundings and never play while driving, cycling, crossing roads, near traffic or water, or anywhere that requires your full attention. You are responsible for choosing a safe time and place to play. If you have any medical condition that may be affected by gameplay, please consult a doctor first.

6. Advertising and Purchases

The App may display advertising and may offer optional in-app purchases. Any purchase is processed by the relevant app store, and their terms and refund policies apply. Advertising practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rubek Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
